Friends,
it is here. Our first well in Sheikh Mesry is fully operational in less than a month. We were hoping for 20 days and we got it just a week after.
Flouran, Zarmina jaan, Eamal and Mansour did it. The well is donated on behalf of the women in handicraft programs. This is the most we have accomplished together in one single trip.
Water symbolizes light and it is said that it brings Barakat (my favorite word means grace). Lets hope that this water bring grace to the land, lets hope that it ends war, disease and poverty in a place where all hope is lost.
Thank you friends for supporting us and encouraging us to do good work and do it with honesty and integrity.
